Purpose of the Job
**Responsibilities**:
Perform quality control and inspection of incoming materials and goods to ensure they conform to all applicable company standards and specifications.
Monitor the stages of the production process and performs quality controls according to product specifications to ensure they conform to all applicable company standards and specifications.
Manipulation of products and their raw materials to perform quality control and laboratory analysis.
Perform environmental monitoring and assessment of production and laboratory areas.
Support on laboratory housekeeping, such as organization and general maintenance of the work environment.
Time flexibility - for weekends and holidays occasionally when necessary.
Skills, Experience, and Education Requirements
Technical background or graduate student in Biology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related areas.
Experience with laboratory activities and routines is desired.
Good writing and text interpretation skills.
Good communication and active listening skills.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
Good Manufactory Practice knowledge is a differential.
Knowledge of the English language is a differential.
