In this role you will help define, build, launch and optimise cross-regional and cross-functional capability uplift, tooling and enablement initiatives. You will own operational cadences, reporting and drive efficiencies and acceleration mechanisms. Reporting to the Asia-Pacific/Japan (APJ) Sales Strategy Operations and Execution Lead, you will be part of the wider Customer Solutions Management (CSM) team. You will work closely with senior regional and world-wide leadership to support the strategic evolution of the APJ CSM function, including programmatically executing day-to-day field operations, tooling, and coordination and planning of activities, initiatives and mechanisms.
You will own field operational reporting for business reviews, own reporting, dashboards and help identify and mitigate risks and issues. You will work in the CSM Sales, Strategy Operations & Executions team to support the delivery of the functional strategy, regional initiatives and future state operating model. You will work closely with APJ Area CSM Leaders to optimize current operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Own senior portfolio-level reporting, assessments and brokering agreement, stakeholder buy-in and rapid assessments of risks and change management requirements for allocated regional teams
- Own the definition, build, development and launch cross-regional and cross-functional capability uplift and delivery programmes that embed best practice, efficiencies and acceleration mechanisms
- Own operational cadences, reporting and drive efficiencies and acceleration mechanisms.
- Own driving the execution and reporting of the operational KPI, OKR and Goals and Metrics for allocated areas
- Own the launch, embedding and improvements to team tooling
Key job responsibilities

BASIC qualifications
- 7+ years program managing complex, large scale, transformation, operations or strategic programs
- Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information at the C-suite/VP level
- Proficiency with data analysis, reporting and risk assessment- Prior experience working in management consulting or large technology organization
- Experience developing Operating Models and structures
- Experience leading enterprise efficiencies reviews
- Experience writing features and developing tools and methodologies
- Experience with reporting tools e.g. Tableau
- AgilePM, Prince2,PgMP, SAFe certified
