Overview

Our client is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production process of their custom suits and apparel. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and quick-thinking, ensuring that garment orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage the ordering of fabrics and materials needed for production.
  • Monitor and track customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Verify that each order is correct before and during production.
  • Oversee tailoring and production processes to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to address issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure quality standards are consistently maintained across all production stages.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in production management, apparel manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and suppliers.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in luxury clothing or fashion production.
  • Familiarity with quality control and process improvement techniques in garment manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and scheduling software.
