Salary A combinar Qualifications Nível Acadêmico: Ensino Superior Completo 15+ anos de experiência em implementações do Oracle ERP (Apps), incluindo 5+ anos em cargos de liderança com modelos de entrega distribuída. Conhecimento dos módulos do Oracle Cloud e do Oracle EBS. Skills Advanced collaboration skills – experiência na gestão de equipes globais/offshore em projetos complexos. Expertise em localizações brasileiras (tributação, conformidade) e dinâmica de mercado da América Latina (LATAM). Strong GTM strategy development and partnership‑building capabilities. Fluência nas metodologias de implementação da Oracle. Proficiency in risk analysis, pricing models, and profitability optimization. Languages Português nativo (Brasil) Inglês fluente (obrigatório) – nível avançado Espanhol altamente desejável para colaboração na LATAM – nível intermediário Leadership Traits Líder focado em comunidade e paixão por desenvolvimento de talentos. Pensamento estratégico aliado a abordagem prática na resolução de problemas. Responsibilities Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) and marketing strategies tailored to the Brazilian market. Manage the community of Infosys Oracle professionals, defining training and certification priorities. Foster local partnerships with Oracle, service providers, and technology allies to expand market reach. Lead distributed delivery models, coordinating heavily with offshore and international teams to ensure seamless project execution. Align global templates with Brazilian localization requirements (tax, compliance, processes). Build a long‑term talent pipeline through cost‑effective training programs, apprenticeships, and community initiatives. Lead pre‑sales activities, including RFP responses, pricing strategies, and pursuit orchestration. Act as the primary liaison for Oracle Brazil, global delivery teams, and key client stakeholders. Drive farming activities to expand existing accounts and ensure client retention. Build Brazil as a LATAM service hub, supporting regional clients with scalable solutions.
