Sales executive closer Netvagas About The Role You will be responsible for working on opportunities generated by Billor's top‑of‑the‑funnel team, with the main goal of closing sales, using the best practices available in the market and adapting them to Billor's business model. Responsibilities Conduct sales closing with leads, presenting convincing and personalized proposals Work collaboratively with the pre‑sales team to deeply understand the needs of potential drivers Negotiate the best plan to meet drivers’ needs Overcome sales objections, using the best techniques and market practices Maintain an after‑sales relationship to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and foster future business opportunities Consistently meet or exceed logical sales goals Keep accurate records of all sales interactions on Hubspot Follow up with opportunities Negotiate with customers and make sales Manage sales pipeline and forecast Requisitos Fluent in English and Portuguese Spanish (will be an extra) Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel Is passionate about driving innovation and has a desire to learn and grow in a fast‑paced organization Has verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships Can use negotiation skills to achieve goals Maintain a proactive attitude and ability to learn quickly Results‑oriented and customer‑focused Enthusiasm for testing new, non‑standard solutions Embrace a culture of total transparency and trust Encourage freedom of thought – and be energized by the ideas of others Be familiar with and enjoy technology Dynamic profile with a focus on results Benefícios Health and dental plan Paid vacation Holidays off Annual bonus based on both company and individual performance Eligibility to the LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan) Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Human Resources Services Location Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil #J-18808-Ljbffr
