We are looking for a Global Product Marketing Specialist to join us
You will support our Global Product Group I&C with profitable growth strategy by leading and contributing to business development projects and strategic planning processes. You will help define and implement business strategies and growth initiatives by identifying new market opportunities such as OEM account agreements, sales tools, and go-to-market strategies for underrepresented geographies and segments.
Your responsibilities:
- OEM Account developments: Drive and lead new partnerships with selected local and global OEMs, manage frame agreements, and support business development of implemented agreements.
- Sales Tools: Lead the development and implementation of sales tools in collaboration with HUBs and BU Sales ops team.
- Strategy definition: Contribute to global strategy definition and execution through analysis of tools needed to improve sales speed and productivity.
- Business plans: Work closely with the GPG team to define and follow up on strategic initiatives and business plans.
- Channel partner and Distributor development: Expand customer reach through a broad sales network.
- Business Model development: Analyze trends in customer needs to identify opportunities for new business models.
- Market input for GPMs roadmap: Analyze customer needs for the portfolio and define strategies to penetrate the market.
Your background:
- Engineering degree, preferably with MBA
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in M&S, B2B, energy sector
- Technical knowledge of Power Grids and associated solutions
- Knowledge of sales tools, sales processes, customer needs, and segmentation
- International experience and intercultural sensitivity
- Business model design and innovation
- Strategic and analytical thinking
