Responsibilities

About the Job

Ensures that all orders from Customers are properly coordinated to all related Person-in-Charge to achieve 100% Delivery Performance.

Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, the Sales Expert we seek will be responsible in

  • Documentation and Processing of Various Sales Documents;
  • Preparation of Order Notice, Customer Order Inquiry etc.
  • Prepares Quotation
  • Manages Customer's orders using a system
  • Coordinates with other departments regarding delivery
  • Provide support to the Projects of the Sales Department and other Sales Staff.

  • Graduate of any 4-year Business Course
  • Above average communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Organization and Time management skills
  • related work experience is an advantage
