Software Engineering Manager

We are looking for our new Engineering Manager so that he can be a key player in the strategic decision to lead your technology teams. The main challenges are:- Build or scale up one or more software engineering teams.- Cultivate a challenging and inspiring environment that supports the company to retain, attract and hire people who are talented and better than you.- Lead a team of Engineers (Software and Data) focused on improving developer velocity, scalability, and testability of Shapes in diverse project areas and platforms.- Provide technical expertise throughout the product life cycle including design, implementation, and delivery of scalable build/test/release infrastructure.- Foster a culture of teamwork, feedback and continuous improvement.- Conduct effective 1:1s, team meetings and rituals.- Third-party management.- Manage team initiatives and deliverables.- Work collaboratively with product people, and assist in problem mapping and incident solutions, assessing impact and risk, as well as evolutionary processes.- Support the creation of technical and strategic roadmaps for the product.- Promote internal and external events that share knowledge, creating new partnerships and fostering the growth of the technical community.**Requirements**:- Strong communication skills with comfort in speaking with key stakeholders.- Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push solution & progress.- Empowers others to learn and grow.- Believes in a non hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency and safety.- Complete degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.- Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures within relevant industry.- Technical leadership that unlock eventual roadblocks on the product development.- Experienced in facilitating agile ceremonies & setting.- Excellent analytical skills focused on Problem Solving and Critical Thinking.- Experience leading several technology teams.- English proficiency required.**Differential**- Previous experience in start up of the technology sector.- Experience with design and deployment of large scalability systems.**Benefits**- An insurance plan that covers **health and dental care** (so that you can take care of yourself)- Vouchers for **meals and food** (so you can eat well)- **Flexible schedule** (for you to work at the best time)- In-office massage and manicure (so you can relax and stay beautiful- **Mentorship program** (so you can become more talented)- **Gympass **(for you to get in Shape)- Snacks at the office- An inclusive environment**It's all and many more without a discount
