**Quais serão as batalhas que enfrentará ?**
- Você atuará sendo o ponto focal na estratégia para a construção da comunicação e identidade verbal da marca para o mercado, clientes e ações internas;
- Será responsável por planejar e desenvolver toda a comunicação de campanhas e todos os desdobramentos da sua comunicação, ideias criativas, pautas, elaborar textos, títulos, incluindo roteiro de vídeos e roteiros para nossas campanhas de marketing usando técnicas de SEO;
- Realizar testes A/B e analisar os resultados das campanhas construídas a fim de buscar aprimoramento contínuo na performance de conversão e venda;
- Acompanhar o mercado de RPA em busca de benchmarks para propor melhorias e inovações
- Será responsável pelas campanhas de Customer Marketing, mapeando e construindo ações de engajamento para clientes e potenciais clientes através de conteúdos segmentados;
- Traduzir ideias complexas em conceitos fáceis de entender;
- Alinhe nossas campanhas de automação de entrada com o comportamento do usuário e percepções de dados;
- Conteúdo de teste A / B e canais de comunicação para entregar a melhor mensagem aos nossos usuários;
- Experiência em criação e em marketing de conteúdo;
- Entendimento de alavancas que melhoram a eficiência e escala das estratégias de CRM;
- Domínio da ferramenta Hubspot;
- Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de BI (Tableau/Power BI);
