The Analyst, Webinars and Field Digital LATAM will support the execution of digital marketing programs across the LATAM region, with a strong focus on webinars and virtual events. This role will work closely with Field Marketing Managers to localize, coordinate, and optimize digital initiatives that drive pipeline and customer engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the execution of webinars and virtual event programs across LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru).
- Manage webinar logistics: platform setup (e.g., ON24, Zoom), speaker coordination, dry runs, technical checks, and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing Managers to localize and execute field digital tactics aligned to campaign objectives.
- Track, measure, and report on program performance (attendance, engagement, leads, pipeline impact), making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with design, content, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Maintain and optimize webinar processes and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across the region.
- Support budget tracking and vendor coordination for digital event services when needed.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing or events, preferably in tech or SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and platforms, especially webinar tools like ON24 or Zoom.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking KPIs and using insights to optimize performance.
- Excellent communication skills in **Portuguese**and **English**. **Spanish**is a plus.
- Collaborative spirit with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in a regional or global organization.
- Understanding of the LATAM B2B market landscape and regional nuances
