O **Digital Field Service Expert** será a ponte técnica entre nossos clientes e a nossa expertise em refratários e soluções digitais para fornos rotativos
**Informações importantes sobre a vaga**:
- Local de trabalho: Preferencialmente residir em MG ou região Sudeste
- Modalidade de trabalho: Presencial. Disponibilidade para viagens (até 50%)
- Tipo de contrato: Efetivo
**Atividades**:
- Avaliar a condição mecânica do forno, aplicando testes de ovalidade e run-out da carcaça ao longo de todo o forno
- Trabalhar em conjunto com especialistas em refratários e soluções digitais para elaborar planos de manutenção baseados em dados e evitar paradas não planejadas.
- Fornecer relatórios técnicos claros e apresentar recomendações práticas ao cliente, valorizando a segurança e a otimização de desempenho do forno.
**Conhecimentos e habilidades necessárias**:
- Graduação em **Engenharia Mecânica** ou **Engenharia Mecatrônica**:
- Experiência com **equipamentos rotativos** e inspeções de precisão (ovalidade, excentricidade, run-out)
- Habilidade analítica e familiaridade com **manutenção preditiva** e diagnóstico digital
- Disponibilidade para **viajar a campo** e interagir diretamente com os clientes
- **Inglês** avançado
