  • Independent Contractor Position
  • MUST BE Bilingual (English | Spanish - C1 or C2)
  • "Projects and Compensation" are "Project-Based " with a "Fixed-Price Budget "
  • "Compensation" calculated by "Hourly Rate and Project Hours"

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree, or Equivalent
  • 5+ Years Experienced in Digital Agency Project Management
  • 5+ Years Experience in Strategy Consultation Project Management
  • 5+ Years Experience in Creativity Branding Project Management
  • 5+ Years Experience in Web & eCommerce Project Management
  • 5+ Years Experience in Marketing Project Management
  • MUST HAVE Entrepreneurial Mind-Set | Strong Communications | Leadership Skillsets
  • MUST BE Bilingual (English | Spanish - C1 or C2)
  • MUST BE Self-Aware | Accountable | Trustworthy
  • MUST BE Available Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm EST
  • Part-Time to Start (Probation Period - 30-Days) | Full-Time after Probation Period

Compensation & Benefits:

Base-Compensation (Monthly):

  • Operations Team Management : $750.00 (USD) per Month

Project Management:

  • Strategy Consultant & Project Manager : $25.00 (USD) per Hour
  • Project Management - Project Deadline Bonus : 5% on ALL Assigned Project Hours

Ops. Specialist (As Needed)

  • Creativity | Marketing Ops Specialist : $15.00 (USD) per Hour
  • Ops. Specialist - Project Deadline Bonus : 20% of ALL Assigned Project Hours

Profit Sharing

  • Bonus : 2% of ALL Konect360 Project Revenue
