Key Responsibilities
Automation of process and reports
Data management: responsible for all data cycle since collection, storage, cleansing and analysis
Accountable for data and its handling, especially compliance and governance of the provided data
Accountable for all sales data assets
Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases.
Ensures data quality by providing sustainable processes, standards, principles
Developing and deploying data assets to support business strategy and operation
Interpretation of data and its transformation into information using statistical techniques.
Analytical output as base for improvement of business decisions, a campaign, or processes
Conceptual design, integration and further development of methods, processes and systems
Provides strategic orientation within the analysis
Able to build tools to optimize and automatize processes
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Work with management to prioritize business needs and information.
Required
Experience as a data analyst or business data analyst, developing managing KPIS, including creation of reports, BIs and systems to support strategical decisions
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, and data mining techniques
Proficiency in statistical packages for analyzing datasets
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
English advanced is Mandatory
Automotive experience is a plus
Bachelors degree in Administration, Engineering, IT, others
Post graduation is a plus
Work model: hybrid 3x in-person 2x remote
Work location: South Zone of São Paulo
