We are looking for a Partner Success Specialist to help maintain the health of our partner ecosystem by strengthening day-to-day operational relationships with our partners. You will report to the Partner Success Manager and be part of a B2B team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our network of luxury boutiques and platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, working on business as usual technical inquiries (e.g., order/returns issues, system questions, customer service priorities);
- Provide timely, high-quality support to merchants;
- Track operational objectives and propose solutions for recurring challenges;
- Enhance partner satisfaction by offering support and pinpointing areas for improvement to meet partner expectations;
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 1+ years of experience in a service role, ideally in a B2B environment;
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken), with additional languages like Italian, French, or German being a plus;
- You are dependable and accountable, with flexibility to adjust working hours based on partner needs, including occasional weekend or early/late hours;

Pay: R$2,400.00 - R$3,500.00 per month
