Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Payment Success Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our payment operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve payment success rates by analyzing transaction data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational resilience and reduce costs associated with payment operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues affecting payment performance.
  • Manage relationships with external payment service providers, acquiring banks, and card schemes to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, financial operations, or a related area, with a proven track record of leading projects or initiatives.
  • A data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with internal teams and external partners across regions.
