Here, you’ll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions.- A posição reportará ao responsável por FP&A e Pricing na BSC e nosso desafio como área será enquadrar a metodologia criada dentro de uma solução (ferramenta) de pricing e aumentar nossa autonomia e influências dos aspectos de pricing, por meio de estudos e recomendações sobre ajustes de preço e impactos em margem e volume (conectando esses impactos em Forecast e S&OP). O (a) colaborador (a) precisa dominar o temas de pricing, bem como ter habilidade de fazer leitura de dados analiticos, com informações internas e externas, bem como leitura de competidores.1. Implementação de Ferramentas de Pricing:Conduzir a implementação de ferramentas de pricing, garantindo que estejam alinhadas com as necessidades da empresa.Treinar a equipe comercial no uso dessas ferramentas.2. Governança e KPIs:Estabelecer e manter a governança de pricing, assegurando que as políticas e procedimentos sejam seguidos.Monitorar e reportar KPIs relacionados a pricing, como margem de lucro, elasticidade de preço e competitividade.Estruturar e conduzir comitê de Pricing3. Análise de Dados e Relatórios:Analisar grandes volumes de dados para identificar tendências de mercado e comportamento do consumidor.Desenvolver relatórios estratégicos para apoiar a tomada de decisão.4. Benchmarking e Melhoria de Processos:Realizar benchmarking entre filiais e concorrentes para identificar melhores práticas.Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos internos de pricing.5. Colaboração Interdepartamental:Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as BUs, equipes de vendas, marketing e FP&A para otimizar estratégias de pricing.Participar de reuniões gerenciais para discutir oportunidades e desafios de pricing.Pré RequisitosGraduação CompletaExperiência prévia em pricingExperiência em BI é um plusInglês fluenteDisponibilidade para trabalhar 3x no escritório**Requisition ID**: **Job Segment**:Pricing, Operations
