ResponsibilitiesSupport the continuous improvement of EBANX’s pricing strategy through internal analysis and external benchmarking, identifying trends, gaps and opportunities for competitive advantage. Lead strategic pricing and revenue initiatives, from ideation to execution, acting as PMO to align cross-functional stakeholders, ensure accountability and deliver measurable results. Conduct in-depth financial data analysis , tapping into databases and transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive both revenue growth and cost efficiency. Manage and evolve the company's pricing tools , building new functionalities and automations to support and improve the negotiation workflow. Maintain and enhance cost control and pricing databases by consolidating data from multiple teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in our pricing structures. Must-haves to shine in this role:Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets. Advanced SQL. Proven experience working with data environments and building tools. Bonus points if you have:Knowledge of Python or other programming languages. Previous experience in Finance. Experience creating executive-level presentations.
