We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our U.S. client's go-to-market organization. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who excels at process optimization, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration. They will be responsible for managing and improving processes that drive revenue visibility and efficiency, including Salesforce administration, pipeline analytics, quote-to-cash workflows, and services operations coordination. This position requires excellent English verbal and written skills, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, and 3 to 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar analytical GTM roles. Responsibilities include: Sales Operations Optimize Salesforce processes for Sales and Account Management teams, ensuring seamless data synchronization and process automation Partner with Sales Leadership to develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reports, driving data-driven decision making Support commission plan execution by maintaining accurate opportunity data, ensuring timely and transparent compensation Coordinate with Finance and Legal on deal review processes, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation Services Operations Support Professional Services leadership with project setup, time tracking, and revenue recognition workflows, streamlining service delivery and billing Track utilization, backlog, and project profitability metrics, providing actionable insights for business growth Crm and Systems Administration Serve as the Salesforce administrator for all go-to-market functions, ensuring system integration and data integrity Maintain integrations with related systems, automating processes and enhancing data visibility Data and Reporting Develop recurring and ad hoc reports to support revenue forecasting, KPI reviews, and board-level insights, enabling informed business decisions Audit data for accuracy and completeness across systems, ensuring transparency and accountability
