About the Role This position is responsible for owning and optimizing Salesforce processes to support Sales and Account Management teams. Sales Operations: Ensure efficient lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene within Salesforce. Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reports providing visibility into bookings performance, funnel conversion, and forecast accuracy. Maintain accurate opportunity data, product configurations, and close dates to support commission plan execution. Closely work with Finance and Legal on deal review processes to ensure consistency between quotes, contracts, and billing data. Services Operations In this role, you will support Professional Services leadership with project setup, time tracking, and revenue recognition workflows in coordination with Finance. Track utilization, backlog, and project profitability metrics to provide accurate performance visibility to delivery teams. Partner with the Project Management Office (PMO) and Delivery to standardize statements of work (SOWs), rate cards, and project milestone tracking. Drive continuous improvement in services data quality across CRM, PSA, and billing systems. Candidate Requirements Excellent English verbal and written skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 3 to 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar analytical GTM roles. Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM. Experience with SaaS business models, including ARR tracking, renewals, and professional services revenue workflows. Strong Excel and reporting skills.
