Leveraging your advanced analytical skills and profound understanding of business intelligence/CRM tools, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights, optimize revenue processes, and drive sustainable growth.Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the company commercial objectives and requirements;- Design and develop BI/CRM solutions to track and analyze key revenue metrics;- Conduct data mining, analysis, and visualization to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities;- Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing BI systems and reports;- Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to enhance revenue performance;- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in BI and RevOps.Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related field;- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, preferably in a RevOps-focused environment;- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI);- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus;- Prior experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Hubspot) is a plus;- Advanced level of English is a must;- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail;- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;- Motivation to work in a multiculturalenvironment;- Ability to handle confidentialinformation.What we offer: - CompetitiveSalary;About Us Pacifica Continental is an international recruitment consultancy that provides different services focused on talents to impact companies’ business all over the world.
