The Role As an Operations Analyst at Crown, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of all onboarded clients activity. You will oversee the transaction lifecycle, from minting and redemption of stablecoins to managing client support and responding to operational inquiries. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, adherence to strict security protocols, and a process‑driven mindset to ensure the integrity of our operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor all client virtual asset transactions using our institutional custody platform and apply our Transaction Policy Engine rules. Oversee the daily flow of mint and redeem orders, processing BRL deposits and withdrawals while ensuring strict adherence to our rules. Perform daily reconciliation of the on‑chain token supply against the funds held in our segregated reserve accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients regarding all post‑onboarding operational matters. Act as the first responder for operational alerts, investigate root cause, resolve the issue, and communicate with the client as needed. Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or control gaps and collaborate with technology and compliance teams to design and implement improvements. You Might Be a Fit If… You have 3+ years of experience in financial operations, treasury operations, payments, or a "back office" role, preferably at a VASP, fintech, or regulated institution. You are exceptionally detail‑oriented and process‑driven, comfortable following complex procedures. You have a foundational understanding of blockchain technology, including wallets, addresses, and transaction lifecycles. You are fluent in both Portuguese and English and can communicate clearly and professionally with sophisticated institutional clients. You are resilient and emotionally intelligent, maintaining perfect task execution even under pressure. You thrive in ownership‑driven environments and take accountability for your work.
