  • Proven track record working with global brands, retailers, or consultancies.
  • Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of apparel supply chains, labor practices, and environmental impacts.
  • Familiarity with international standards and frameworks such as ILO conventions, FLA, SA8000, and regulations like the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act.
  • Experience managing social audits, corrective action plans, and sustainability reporting.
  • Skilled in data collection, analysis, and using digital platforms for CSR tracking.
  • Key Soft Skills:
  • Effective Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication in English and local languages (Spanish and/or Portuguese).
  • Collaborative Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Comfortable working across diverse cultural contexts in Latin America.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset to assess risks, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability: Flexible in responding to changing regulations, business priorities, and regional dynamics.
  • Time Management: Skilled in handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing strategic tasks.
  • Conflict Resolution: Capable of managing grievances and facilitating ethical solutions with suppliers and stakeholders.
