What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own end-to-end product verticals, from need-finding and requirements gathering to execution and impact measurement
  • Drive product initiatives across various domains, including E-commerce, business administration, data reporting, and warehouse management
  • Scope and lead feature development through cross-functional collaboration and post-launch monitoring
  • Train client and brand-facing teams on product capabilities and tools to address brand needs
  • Prioritize critical features by engaging with resourcing, engineering planning, and brand portfolio management
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 8+ years of product experience, preferably in a growing startup
  • Ability to navigate dynamic, fast-paced environments and adjust to changing priorities
  • Proven track record of collaboration with engineering teams and understanding complex technical concepts
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle nuanced requirements while thinking strategically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex ideas into clear product visions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in E-commerce or related fields
  • Familiarity with developing scalable and customizable platform capabilities
  • Passion for sustainability and reducing consumer waste
