The results we achieve are highly visible to our leadership team and we are recognized for our work and promoted accordingly.**What is the scope of this role?**Netcracker Technology is looking to hire a Systems Analyst to join our Implementation Engineering team in Brazil. You will be part of a regional team that provides solutions to technical challenges faced in large/complex Telecommunication projects. Systems Analysts are working as a company’s representatives in front of the enterprise customer. You will be responsible to define and document measurable criteria for solution assessment, proposing solution(s) and bring best practice.**What will be your responsibilities?**- The key element of the role is focused on analysis, functional and technical design, matching the business requirements with the capabilities of the existing product- Facilitation of the workshops aimed to guide and coach the customer on the system capabilities, expectation management- Ensure functional and non-functional completeness of the solution- Internal acceptance of the implemented solution- Hands-on support to other colleagues within the project**What skills and experience will you need for this role?**- 2-3 years’ experience in IT operations, customer support, billing or inventory management, preferably in telecom domain- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and project management methodologies - Waterfall and Agile- Experience working with CRM / eCommerce solutions- Understanding of the principles of Catalog configuration- Knowledge of UML and BPMN- Knowledge of SQL- Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable working with large data sets- Desire to implement your ideas in a real system- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills- Tech-savvy, agile, and able to quickly adopt new tech tools- Strong communication skills and ability to form relationships with internal and external partners and vendors- Experience in functional and technical design creation- Spoken English- Availability to work from the office in a Hybrid mode**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field**_"All of our job opportunities in Brazil are open to people with disabilities (PWDs)"/ “Todas as nossas oportunidades de vagas no Brasil são abertas a pessoas com deficiência (PCDs)"_****Who is Netcracker Technology?**We are a forward-looking software company, offering mission-critical solutions to service providers around the globe.
