Our team is made up of A-grade, collaborative individuals who thrive on pushing boundaries and driving results while having fun along the way.The OpportunityWe're looking for a talented and detail-obsessed Google PPC manager to join our remote team. You’ll play a key role in managing and optimising paid search campaigns for a diverse portfolio of eCommerce clients. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves diving into data, experimenting with strategy, and finding smart ways to scale.What You’ll Be Doing- Launching, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, Video)- Conducting deep keyword and audience research- Building and maintaining product data feeds using our feed platform- Running structured A/B tests on ads, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies- Scaling campaigns based on performance data and ROI goals- Troubleshooting tracking issues and managing tag implementation- Collaborating with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and performance- Managing budgets, pacing, and daily account health- Ensuring compliance with Google Ads policies and ad approvals- Creating clear, insightful reports for internal and client use- Participating in internal strategy calls to provide PPC recommendationsWhat We’re Looking For- Proven experience running successful Google Ads campaigns (preferably for eCommerce)- Strong grasp of PPC strategy, bid management, and account structure- Proficient with Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics- Analytical mindset—you love turning data into actionable insights- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup- Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsNice to Have (But Not Required)- Experience with feed platforms (e.g. DataFeedWatch)- Cross-platform paid media experience (e.g. Meta, TikTok)- Previous agency experience with high-volume ad accountsWhy Join Right Hook Digital?- Fully remote and flexible work environment- Work alongside a high-performing global team- Collaborate with exciting, fast-growing eCommerce brands- Culture that supports innovation, learning, and personal growth- Opportunity for bonuses and long-term engagementSound like your kind of gig?
