Responsibilities
  • Assist project team on projects and assignments, demonstrating proficiency in project management technology
  • Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects and manage minor renovation projects up to 25K SF
  • Coordinate activities of subcontractors and relocation of technical functions
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective meeting of client and project requirements
  • Maintain accurate electronic files and documentation while tracking Vendor RFPs
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years in a Coordinator or Business Support role
  • Basic knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with executive-level internal and external clients
  • Organizational and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing business needs
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Previous experience in project-based work
  • Knowledge of MS Projects
