**Compensation Analyst PL**
**Job description**:
- Resource to provide analysis, budgeting and implementation of compensation programs and projects (salary and bonus campaigns, roll out guidelines, salary ranges and compensation policies).
- Support on incentive programs and salary survey.
- Location: Eco Sapucaí - Cidade Nova - RJ
**You are meant for this job if**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Psychology or related field.
- Experience in human resources processes (personnel administration, recruitment, salary analysis, payroll)
- Experience in developing and reviewing HR procedures and processes
- Knowledge of the Korn Ferry/Hay methodology and fixed and variable compensation programs desirable
- Advanced Excel (including pivot tables, macros, etc)
- Advanced English
- Good analytical and consulting skills
