- Support the definition and execution of the initiatives related to Seller Experience;
- Identify and prioritize problems to be solved;
- Propose alternatives and mobilize teams for solutions;
- Execute action plans to deliver performance indicators;
- Dialogue with different teams to seek alignment and engagement;
- Search and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to support actions and decision making (e.g. business tradeoffs, net impact, etc.);
- Report operational results, monitor indicators of initiatives organized by the area and coordinate and implement action plans to deliver performance indicators (management of day-to-day activities);
- Design and execute SOPs to track key indicators and evolution of key initiatives coordinated by the team;
- Build materials to report operational results and point out points of attention and/or discussion for leadership;
- Manage projects related to improving the seller experience;
- Propose actions to improve the seller experience;
- Engage teams to solve key seller experience issues;
- Give visibility to leadership and contribute to the progress of the main initiatives coordinated by the team.
**Requirements**:
- Commitment to learn, organization and commitment to work;
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving;
- Higher education in engineering, economics, administration or related areas;
- Fluency in English;
- Mastery of MS Office package, especially Excel and Powerpoint;
- Excellent data analysis (e.g. SQL, Python);
- Experience with project management and/or work fronts.
