Chief of Client Operations Officer (CCOO) — posição de liderança sênior na Roost, reportando ao Chief Executive Officer (CEO) com dotted line para o Executive Chairman e em colaboração com o Board/Advisory Board. Responsável pela estratégia de crescimento, performance de vendas e entrega de projetos aos clientes, liderando as equipes de vendas, pré-vendas, entrega e pós-venda, bem como o ecossistema de parceiros e alianças estratégicas. Foco na rentabilidade, eficiência de processos operacionais e entrega ágil e de alta qualidade das soluções ao cliente.

O cargo envolve alinhamento com a visão da empresa, integração com a alta liderança e promoção de inovação, escalabilidade e satisfação do cliente em um ambiente dinâmico orientado a resultados.

Responsabilidades
  • Liderar a operação comercial e de delivery da Roost nos segmentos público e privado em todo o território nacional, com responsabilidade integral pelo P&L da unidade e pelas metas de crescimento, rentabilidade e eficiência operacional.
  • Gerenciar diretamente uma equipe multidisciplinar que inclui executivos de vendas (5 a 7), head de pré-vendas e Diretor de Operações/Delivery, assegurando alinhamento estratégico e alta performance.
  • Refinar e implementar o plano estratégico de atuação nos mercados-alvo, com ênfase na expansão de receita recorrente por meio de ofertas de maior valor agregado em inovação e transformação digital, mantendo a solidez das soluções tradicionais.
  • Conduzir a estratégia de go-to-market com foco na construção e gestão de parcerias estratégicas e alianças com vendors e canais, posicionando a Roost como parceira preferencial para soluções complexas.
  • Acompanhar de forma ativa os principais projetos, assegurando excelência na entrega, geração de valor para clientes e alavancagem de novas oportunidades comerciais.
  • Garantir governança sobre todo o ciclo de vendas: planejamento, prospecção, qualificação, fechamento e pós-venda, com gestão de pipeline, forecast e ações de cross-selling/up-selling.
  • Atuar como catalisador da transformação comercial, promovendo migração gradual do portfólio para soluções mais estratégicas e de maior margem, sem comprometer eficiência e escalabilidade.
  • Estabelecer uma cultura de alta performance comercial com foco em resultados sustentáveis de longo prazo.
