This position is crucial for the implementation of the Massey Ferguson's Farmer First and Full Portfolio strategies in national territory. The candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of the Retail Process and its correlated programs and actions, through the dealer to the market, delivering the Sales Plan (market share and volume) in Brazil.
Responsibilities- Guarantee the achievement of the business plans for dealers, enabling them to sell a full line of products and services (tractors, combines, implements, sprayers, Hay Products, technologies, parts and consortium).
- Manage the commercial products demonstrations.
- Work with the Dealer Development area suggesting restructuring and formulating action plans to be submitted to the Dealer Management Committee.
- Co-management of dealers in business management (sales, parts, service, finance, action plans, trade policies, allocation of sales and sales to fleet companies).
- Define with Marketing Department the advertising and promotion, brand dissemination, field days, regional fairs and events with large customers.
- Lead the Relationship and Customer Support Program - Massey Ferguson Premium Customer Program - putting forward sales and maintenance actions.
- Bachelor in Administration, Economics or Engineering. AG Market job experience (Agrochemicals, fertilizer, AG machinery), Construction Equipment or Automotive segment.
- Market Knowledge in agriculture, automobile or trucks segment are mandatory.
- Intermediary English is desirable.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, control and improvement of KPIs.
- Availability to travel.
- Experience with Customer Segmentation and Relationship Program.
- Finance knowledge (costs, financial mathematics, balance sheet analysis, etc.).
