Job Description

This role plays a crucial part in the implementation of business strategies for the agricultural machinery segment.

The candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of retail processes, managing commercial product demonstrations, and working closely with dealers to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the agrochemicals, fertilizer, or AG machinery sector, as well as strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Guarantee achievement of business plans for dealers, enabling them to sell a full line of products and services.
  • Manage commercial product demonstrations.
  • Work with the Dealer Development area suggesting restructuring and formulating action plans.
  • Co-manage dealers in business management, including sales, parts, service, finance, and trade policies.
  • Define advertising and promotion strategies with the Marketing Department.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Experience in the agriculture, automobile, or trucks segment is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to control and improve KPIs.
  • Availability to travel and work with dealers in different locations.
