We are seeking an accomplished Service Operations Coordinator to lead our team and foster exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate the service team, ensuring seamless collaboration and skill development;
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with clarity;
  • Service Excellence: Maintain high service standards by setting goals, monitoring, and evaluating received service requests against provided solutions, tracking customer satisfaction surveys for each completed service,
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine processes to optimize efficiency, leveraging Installation, Assembly, and Commissioning Instructions as needed;
  • Field Issue Resolution: Ensure prompt and effective resolution of field issues, coordinating analysis and diagnosis of equipment failures to minimize warranty costs;
  • Training and Development: Stay ahead of industry developments by identifying training needs and planning sessions to keep the team technically up-to-date;
  • Equipment Failure Analysis: Analyze equipment failures to determine whether the service falls within warranty policy or requires forwarding to the TLM area;
  • Cost Optimization: Drive cost reduction initiatives by analyzing processes, services executed, suppliers, and related costs to inform decision-making;
  • Schedule Management: Oversee assembly schedule deadlines, tracking progress, and taking necessary actions with the team or service providers to meet timeline expectations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering;
  • Advanced/Fluent English language skills;
  • Specific knowledge of Medium Voltage Protection and Control Systems;
  • Experience in people management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in After-Sales support;
  • Knowledge of Siemens Portfolio - SIPROTEC 5/Reyrolle.
