Field Service Coordinator

We are seeking a Field Service Coordinator to work in a hybrid model. This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities and effective problem-solving strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the team and provide technical support to customers;
  • Maintain service excellence by setting goals and tracking customer satisfaction surveys;
  • Ensure effective field issue resolution by coordinating analysis and diagnosis of equipment failures;
  • Keep the team technically up to date by identifying training needs;
  • Critically analyze equipment failures to determine whether the service falls within the warranty policy or not;
  • Continuously seek cost optimization by analyzing processes and related costs;
  • Ensure deadlines are met, tracking progress and taking necessary actions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering;
  • Advanced/Fluent English;
  • Specific knowledge of Medium Voltage Protection and Control Systems;
  • Experience in people management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in After-Sales;
  • Knowledge of Siemens Portfolio - SIPROTEC 5/Reyrolle.
