Job Title: Field Service Coordinator

A critical role that plays a pivotal part in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our esteemed customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Coordination: Foster a collaborative environment among the After-Sales Analysts/Engineers team and the field team, encouraging their professional growth and development.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with clarity and precision.
  • Service Excellence: Establish goals, monitor, and evaluate received service requests against provided solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction is consistently met or exceeded.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review Installation, Assembly, and Commissioning Instructions to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements as necessary.
  • Field Issue Resolution: Coordinate analysis and diagnosis of equipment failures, making informed decisions to minimize warranty costs and optimize service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and plan sessions to keep the team technically up-to-date, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Equipment Analysis: Analyze equipment failures to determine whether the service falls within the warranty policy or requires forwarding to the TLM area.
  • Cost Optimization: Continuously analyze processes, types of executed services, suppliers, and related costs to take actions that reduce expenses and increase profitability.
  • Schedule Management: Ensure assembly schedule deadlines are met by tracking progress, identifying potential issues, and taking necessary actions with the team or service providers.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering;
  • Advanced/Fluent English;
  • Specific knowledge of Medium Voltage Protection and Control Systems;
  • Experience in people management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in After-Sales;
  • Knowledge of Siemens Portfolio - SIPROTEC 5/Reyrolle.
