Senior Full Stack Engineer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of impactful features across our product suite.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, cloud-based development, and hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), PostgreSQL, and microservice-based architecture.

They will design and build high-impact features, architect scalable systems, lead technical decision-making, collaborate with cross-functional teams, take ownership of user experience, performance, and system design, and proactively identify technical gaps.

Bonus points for experience in messaging, voice, or telecom spaces, prior experience working at fast-paced startups, familiarity with C# or Onion Architecture.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality features across Node.js, React, and TypeScript stack
  • Architect scalable systems and drive technical vision
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect product ideas to execution
  • Own user experience, performance, and system design
  • Translate complex user journeys into clean, scalable code
  • Build for scale using GCP, PostgreSQL, and microservice-based architecture
  • Identify technical gaps and propose improvements
  • Maintain high-quality codebase while shipping fast
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as Senior Software Engineer in SaaS or product-driven environments
  • Strong background in software architecture and cloud-based development
  • Deep expertise in Node.js, React, and TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Storage, SQL
  • Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL — database design, optimization, and maintenance
  • Solid understanding of CQRS, DDD principles, and distributed system design
  • Experience defining and implementing microservices architectures
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical teams
  • Thrives in fast-moving Agile environments and understands team velocity, iteration, and improvement
