We are looking for an experienced **Product Manager** who enjoys working on complex products in a fast-paced and challenging environment to join our amazing and talented product team.**Responsibilities**- Be a part of our global product department- Own the full product lifecycle, from concept to release- Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify, analyze, and define problems and business opportunities- Define clear and effective product requirements based on user and business needs (PRDs, user stories, use cases)- Work with Multi-functions including R&D, Customer Success, UX, Design, etc. in an agile environment to develop high-quality features and product improvements- Learn from customer feedback, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to craft better experiences and ensure we are building the right features over time.- 3+ years of experience in a software development company as a PM- Experience leading SaaS products/consumer products - An advantage- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate results- Good understanding of UI/UX- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills- Fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment- Great verbal and written communication skills- Excellent English - Speaking and writing**Your Benefits**- 2 Day a week - Remote (Optional)- VT / VR- Health PlanOitchau is an equal opportunity employer.
