Job Function: Supply Chain Deliver | Job Sub Function: Transportation Services | Job Category: Professional | Locations: Extrema, Minas Gerais, Brazil; São Paulo, Brazil. Job Description: Assists the routes definition and picking scheme planning to serve customers. Performs daily deliveries analysis and is responsible to measure carrier’s performance and lead initiatives together with carrier and customer service to mitigate SLA impacts. Ensures that all freight costs are correct before proceeding with payment and provides support for transportation projects in general. Duties & Responsibilities: Perform dashboard updates from the transportation area; interface with various groups, including Customer Service, Sales Team, Logistics Operator, Risk Manager, and Transporter to ensure punctual delivery of products. Monitor urgent orders and coordinate shipments with the logistics operator and carrier. Monitor reverse flow of orders and ensure the arrival of volumes to the CD. Track the release of orders and vehicles in a timely manner, complying with risk management rules and J&J shipping standards. Maintain frequent contact with carriers to ensure that demands and SLAs are met as per current agreements/contracts. Interface with the Customer Service team to contact customers about late deliveries (keep dashboard updated) and develop action plans for late deliveries. Ensure backup of proof of delivery signed by customers according to internal controls rules. Execute all processes related to transport claims (communicate areas, manage credit issues, and monitor carrier reimbursement). Ensure receipt/control of CTEs and monitor submission of files for accounting in the Inspector; check pre-invoices sent by carriers and create/follow the purchase order in the system until payment is made. Perform analysis and reports related to transport activities in the Revenue Recognition process during quarterly cut‑off months. Experience & Education: University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent. Preferred qualification in Business Administration or Logistics. Generally requires 2-4 years of work experience in a logistics role. Previous experience with Office package, mainly Excel, is essential. Language: English (basic / intermediate). Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Comprehensive knowledge of transportation routine. Analytics and good communication skills. Good problem‑solving skills.
