**Job Description**:
**Why is this role important at Infobip?**
SMS Compliance Analyst - USA role is a entry level responsible to support internal and external customers, specifically related to US Short Code campaigns, ensuring all compliance standards are upheld to ensure carrier satisfaction to maintain direct connections while delivering in an accurate and timely manner.
**You know you are doing a good job when you are**:
Campaign Registration
- Subject matter expert on US market requirements for SMS & MMS
- Guide customers and internal stakeholders through the campaign process
- Assist clients with provisioning delays, compliance issues, and rejections from carriers
- Provide SMS/MMS delivery and compliance support to our customers and our internal teams
Reporting and Analysis
- Identify and raise data, process, and technology issues through monitoring of our operations
- Maintain campaign review SLAs, as defined by client contracts and/or internal SLAs
Focus on Continuous Development
- Documentation contribution, such as delivery best practices, compliance, and playbooks to support repeatability as we scale
- Participate in Continuing Education sessions
- Be fully versed on processes and tool functionalities
**Qualifications**:

- You have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
- You have strong analytical abilities
- You take proactive and analytical approach to problem solving and suggesting improvements
- You are fluent in **English**, both spoken and written.
- You are well versed in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of other data analysis tools is considered an advantage.
