Intel Global Partner Marketing (GPM) is growing. We are looking for a marketing expert to manage regional co-marketing for Dell and Acer supporting the Latin America Region (LAR). In this role, you will work closely with the local Field Sales Account Teams, Intel direct marketing team in regional, and mostly the regional customer teams. Join this dynamic team on these two amazing accounts.
This role will support the GPM co-marketing objectives through strategic partner engagement. You will ensure that global plans translate to local impact by collaborating with our point of influence teams.
**Direct responsibilities**:
- Build key relationships with customers and work collaboratively in region to develop breakthrough co-marketing that highlights Intel value-add in end-user communications.
- Oversee multi-million dollar co-marketing budgets: aligning customer co-marketing spend to Intel global priorities, developing full year strategic co-marketing framework for Global, Time Zone, and Country initiatives.
- Lead project management of co-marketing campaigns and strategic program execution including any or all of the following; creative/media development and review, key performance indicator development/tracking, program execution timelines, results analysis/ROI, budget, and campaign summary/report out upon completion.
- Foster open collaboration and exchange of strategies and plans with the customer, field sales and Intel marketing teams (direct team, media team, social team, branding team, etc.) worldwide.
- Manage all Global Partner Marketing communications for your internal and external stakeholders through the proper channels.
- Train customers on latest program enhancements and share feedback with the Global team and Program Office on key regional learnings.

- Ad creative and communication prowess to ensure marketing is working for Intel, our OEM customers, and the end user
- Strong acumen of solutions and product offerings from your as well as Intel's products that support them. Primary focus will be consumer and gaming, but Dell may require enterprise/server support
- Excellent customer skills to engage your internal and external partners, build strong relationships, guide a team to deliver joint programs and solutions, and communicate actively across the org
- Willingness to manage thru ambiguity, define strategic direction and translate into actionable initiatives that drive measurable results for all growth segments
- Desire and initiative to continuously learn, grow and teach others as we continue to lean in and lead in these new business areas for Intel

This position is based in Brazil and supports LAR.
**Qualifications**
You must possess the below **minimum qualifications** to be initially considered for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field OR equivalent experience 4 years, in addition to:
- 6+ years of general marketing experience
- 3+ years of customer facing Partner Marketing experience
- 3+ years of Experience in project and program management
- Advanced English level
- Must be willing to travel 2-3 quickly trips per month plus 1-2 overnight trips per quarter, and more as necessary or as budget allows.
- Intermediate Spanish level

**Work Model for this Role**
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
