**ROLE**:Regional Account Director
**LOCATION**:Vila Madalena, São Paulo
**A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE**
In this Regional Account Director role, you'll lead a dynamic team to create impactful and strategic content across various platforms. As a key leader, you'll build and nurture senior client relationships, ensuring exceptional client service and creative thinking are at the forefront of all initiatives.
**Required**:
- Work in true collaboration with the client and be responsible for Brand Guardianship on their projects to ensure that the client experience is as positive as possible.
- Maintain overall financial control of accounts, covering profitability, forecasting accuracy, and fee negotiation.
- Lead the execution of projects, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting growth targets.
- Act as the escalation point for any issues related to SLA adherence or process improvements.
- Develop new business opportunities and introduce innovative solutions.
- Oversee a cross-functional team, including designers and project managers, to deliver creative production for the entire region.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
**Desired Experience**:
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
- Strong leadership with an emphasis on strategic thinking, creative judgment, and business growth.
- Proven track record in commercial growth across new and existing business.
- Ability to manage and develop team members from various backgrounds, fostering a culture of learning and inspiration.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen interest in emerging technologies such as AI, enhancing project deliveries.
- Experience in consumer goods, luxury, or drinks & beverages sectors preferred.
