The Opportunity
Join our LATAM sales team in São Paulo and drive growth by building trust-based relationships with business leaders in Brazil. As Regional Account Executive (SMB/MM), you'll manage new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion, own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and build a robust pipeline that exceeds monthly quotas. You'll combine SMB/MM sales expertise with strategic account management in a fast-growing Brazilian market.
What You'll Do- Drive New Logo Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close SMB/MM accounts through outbound efforts, inbound lead conversion, and partnerships to exceed monthly new logo quotas.
- Master Account Expansion: Sell KnowBe4's full product suite to existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
- Build Pipeline Excellence: Create and maintain a robust SMB/MM pipeline using diverse prospecting methods and compelling product demonstrations.
- Own the Sales Process: Articulate KnowBe4's value proposition, understand buyer needs, and navigate decision makers and potential blockers to accelerate sales.
- Execute Strategic Deal Management: Structure subscriptions, multi-year agreements, and pricing to maximize annual recurring revenue while ensuring customer success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Channel sales, Customer Success, and Renewal teams to orchestrate growth strategies and support renewals.
- Proven SMB/MM Success: Minimum 2+ years selling to SMB and Mid-Market, with quota achievement in competitive markets.
- SaaS Experience: Background in Software-as-a-Service sales with understanding of subscriptions and cloud-based solutions.
- Cybersecurity Curiosity: Familiarity with IT or cybersecurity concepts and passion for strengthening human defenses.
- Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in Portuguese with strong English skills for local and global collaboration.
- Hunter + Farmer Mentality: Balanced approach to new logo acquisition and existing customer growth.
- Data-Driven Excellence: Metrics-driven with forecasting and performance optimization.
- Self-Starting Energy: Motivated, energetic, and able to work with minimal supervision while collaborating with teams.
