In your position, you will perform the duties and responsibilities which are customary to thisposition and reasonably necessary to fulfill the objectives of the position and which are furtherdescribed below:- Setup and maintain the electronic file system.- Establish and implement visa operational procedures.- May solve issues that arise in the daily operation.- Schedule and confirm appointments with visa applicants.- Correspond with Clients, answering questions related to visas’ processes.- Secure flow of information internally, directing clients to appropriate department whenrequired.- Prepare reports and other materials.- Promote and sell the company services.- Perform administrative tasks related to the immigration consulting practice.- Train Visa team on office and department procedures.**Soft Skills**:- Degree or work experience in Legal Services, Immigration or Visa Services.- Advanced English is mandatory.- Live in the city of São Paulo (work initially home office but may become in person).- Be available for immediate start.**Required Competences**- Languages: English - Advanced- Portuguese - fluent**Extra points for**:- Getting to know Canada (having an exchange or living in the country).- Have professional experience in immigration and exchange to Canada.- Spanish fluency**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Experience**:- Visa services (preferred)**Language**:- Portuguese fluently (required)- English (required)- Spanish (preferred)
