People Humahn Resources is leading the recruitment process for a global healthtech company — an industry leader with operations across multiple countries and a strong presence in Brazil. We are currently seeking Customer Experience Specialists to join a high-performing service team and deliver an exceptional, world-class journey for patients , reporting directly to the UK-based team . This is a hybrid role , with on-site work twice a week at the company’s modern office in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro . Key Responsibilities Provide patient support in English through multiple channels (chat, email, phone), ensuring a warm, efficient, and premium service experience. Act as the voice of the company , offering empathetic and solution-driven assistance throughout the entire patient journey. Resolve issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a high standard of empathy and professionalism. Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify and remove barriers affecting the user experience. Proactively improve processes and suggest enhancements to deliver consistent service excellence. Requirements Fluent English (oral and written) – mandatory requirement , as the role involves daily communication in English. Previous experience in customer support via digital channels (chat, email, phone). Experience in startups or fast-paced environments . Familiarity with platforms such as Zendesk and Botmaker is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, proactive mindset, and problem-solving orientation.
