Customer Experience Specialist (English speaking) Join our Global Patient Experience Team at MANUAL in Rio and provide best‑in‑class support to patients. You’ll be the first person patients speak to, and you’ll advocate their voice throughout the company. What you’ll be doing Help solve patient problems with world‑class service when they get in touch. Be the voice of MANUAL and guide patients through their journey. Work closely with teams to unblock any barriers patients may face. Create and improve processes to help patients most effectively. Job requirements You are good at explaining things and are thoughtful in all interactions. You have experience in a customer support role within a scaling tech startup; health‑tech bonus. You see feedback as a gift and constantly look for ways to improve. You are super‑organised, live by your calendar, and develop processes to never miss a beat. You have excellent written and verbal communication. You have a “roll up your sleeves” mentality and are willing to learn in unknown situations. You are excited about healthcare and what we’re building at MANUAL. You speak fluent English. You can work from our Rio office 2 days per week.
