What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers to ensure high adoption, retention, and satisfaction
  • Strategize with clients to meet and exceed their target goals and ROI
  • Handle escalations and facilitate issue resolution across departments
  • Track and drive key client metrics such as usage, health, CSAT, and net promoter scores
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the R365 platform and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Gainsight
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or equivalent in a SaaS-based company
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting and/or restaurant hospitality or equivalent
  • Previous experience implementing and/or supporting Restaurant 365 software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Gainsight or other customer success management platforms
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management software
  • Knowledge of Freshdesk or other ticket management software
