Missão

A Pessoa Gerente de Vendas e Parcerias Estratégicas será peça-chave na expansão do nosso negócio, com foco na prospecção de novos clientes, construção de parcerias estratégicas e implementação de soluções inovadoras que promovam o crescimento sustentável da empresa. Esse profissional será responsável por criar e nutrir relacionamentos que agreguem valor, garantindo a excelência na experiência do cliente e a integração de áreas internas para maximizar os resultados.

Responsabilidades

  1. Prospecção e Desenvolvimento de Negócios: Identificar e qualificar novos leads, desenvolvendo oportunidades de negócios e alinhando as soluções da empresa às necessidades do mercado.
  2. Elaboração de Propostas de Valor: Construir propostas comerciais consultivas, centradas nas necessidades dos clientes, e negociar contratos com foco em soluções de impacto.
  3. Gestão de Relacionamento (CRM): Atualizar e otimizar o uso da plataforma de CRM, gerenciando o funil de vendas e garantindo a visibilidade completa.
  4. Licitações e Compliance: Apoiar a equipe jurídica nos processos licitatórios e garantir que todos os contratos e negociações sigam as melhores práticas de compliance.
  5. Integração Multidisciplinar: Trabalhar em colaboração com equipes internas (Marketing, Produto, Tecnologia) para alinhar estratégias e potencializar resultados.
  6. Métricas e Análise de Performance: Definir KPIs, acompanhar o desempenho de vendas e identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua.
  7. Inovação e Impacto: Documentar o impacto das iniciativas e contribuir para a melhoria de processos e inovação dentro da área de vendas.

Requisitos

  1. Experiência no Setor de Tecnologia: Sólida experiência no setor de tecnologia, com histórico comprovado em vendas de soluções digitais.
  2. Habilidades Comerciais e Prospecção: Experiência comprovada em desenvolvimento de negócios, criação de parcerias estratégicas e vendas consultivas.
  3. Conhecimento em AI e Automação: Familiaridade com conceitos de Inteligência Artificial e automação de processos será um diferencial importante, especialmente em estratégias de vendas e relacionamento com o cliente.
  4. Comunicação e Negociação: Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação, com capacidade de engajar stakeholders internos e externos.
  5. Orientação a Dados: Capacidade de interpretar dados, tendências de mercado e métricas de desempenho para tomar decisões embasadas.
  6. Foco em Resultados: Proatividade e orientação para atingir e superar metas.
  7. Gestão de CRM: Experiência no uso de sistemas de CRM para gerenciar o ciclo de vendas de forma eficiente.
  8. Trabalho Colaborativo: Facilidade para trabalhar em ambientes multidisciplinares e integrar diferentes áreas da empresa.
  9. Disponibilidade para Viagens: Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes, conforme a demanda do negocio.
