Job Description As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for leading regional clients with a clear vision and challenge conventional thinking with data. You will connect global direction to local execution across 20+ markets. Lead strategic initiatives : Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies that drive growth and profitability. Drive business outcomes : Use data analytics to identify opportunities, optimize investments, and reallocate budgets dynamically for maximum ROI. Shape market strategy : Design and implement a cohesive regional communications framework that unites brand-building and performance marketing. Challenge assumptions : Interrogate briefs and budgets to uncover deeper business opportunities and craft bold, insight-driven solutions. Collaborate with teams : Partner with local market teams to align strategies, share best practices, and ensure flawless execution across diverse markets. Elevate efficiency : Establish clear KPIs, eliminate low-value work, and create scalable processes that drive measurable business results. Accelerate digital transformation : Lead innovation in e-commerce, retail media, and data-driven activation to unlock new growth channels across the region. What We're Looking For 12+ years of experience in media, strategy, or analytics with proven success leading multi-market clients or regions. Strong business acumen - you understand growth, pricing, and profitability levers. Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong advantage). Expertise in integrated media (Video / CTV, Social, Search, Programmatic, Retail Media) and its connection to real business outcomes. A data-driven mindset, comfortable using MMM, incrementality, or performance models to inform strategic decisions. A constructive challenger attitude - you simplify complexity and drive clarity.
