About the MSP Delivery Specialist Role We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the full lifecycle of contingent workforce requests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence through technology-driven solutions, industry expertise, and exceptional service quality. The ideal candidate has strong experience in recruitment, MSP operations, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), combined with a customer service mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key responsibilities include training, assisting, and facilitating the requisition life cycle with client hiring managers and suppliers. You will support large-scale hiring initiatives, VMS data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts. Conduct intake calls, qualify candidate resumes, and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment. Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal program teams to ensure program success. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Strong experience in recruitment, MSP operations, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). A customer service mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
