What You Bring to the Table 5+ years full‑cycle recruitment experience covering technical and non‑technical roles. Global recruitment experience across multiple geographies. Deep knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, automation, and passive candidate engagement. Experience in fast‑paced environments. Data‑driven mindset, using analytics to optimize hiring. Preferred: CET timezone or flexibility; prior cryptocurrency or blockchain experience (preferred).
