Role Overview: We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in sourcing and recruiting top tech and non-tech talent across Europe and Latin America, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure an excellent recruitment experience from start to finish. Main Responsibilities: Partner with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements Source, screen, and engage candidates for various technical and non-technical roles Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and offer negotiation Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to continuously improve processes Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking systems and internal reports Stay updated on regional hiring trends and market insights across Europe and LATAM Required Skills and Qualifications: At least 3+ years of experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends Familiarity with both technical and non-technical profiles Solid sourcing skills and experience with recruiter tools Strong communication and organizational skills Experience hiring in Latin America Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment Upper-Intermediate level of English Readiness to work in various time zones according to the candidates' time zone Benefits: We're building a diverse team of talented individuals who bring different perspectives to the business and feel a sense of inclusion and belonging when they join our team.
